Item shipped but hasn't arrived
I contacted the buyer twice to tell them I shipped the item on 6/14/2024, I gave them the tracking # told them the item is at their local PO. I received no contact from the buyer nor eBay. I don't know how to contact Ebay support to let them know that I shipped the item.

You needed to upload the tracking number in the shipping details. Not sure if you can do it over a month later.
If the buyer files a Refund Request due to item not received, you can respond to the request with the tracking number and tracking information.

OP2 years agoI researched where the item is & I sent the tracking # & told them where it's at, twice. Maybe something happened to the buyer because they haven't responded.
