Item Shipped and Picked Up
A shirt was purchased. It was shipped and delivered to the Post Office for pick up. Tracking states it was signed and picked up. The buyer states they did not pick it up someone else signed and picked it up. Now wants a refund. Please advise.

Mentor1 year agoIf the buyer files an Item Not Received case, you upload the tracking number that shows Delivered and signed for. ebay should then find in your favor.
