Item Shipped and Delivered
I shipped an item and it was delivered to the buyer. The package was refused by someone at the address and it was returned to me today. Buyer left neutral feedback they did not receive the item and Ebay will not remove the feedback. I sent the buyer a message when I received it and asked them if they wanted a refund for the item or purchase the item again with no response. Please help me understand why Ebay will not remove. I have been selling on Ebay for 16 years this is crazy!!!

You can reply to the feedback stating "item delivered, returned "refused".
