If you purchased your shipping label through eBay labels the system automatically adds the tracking number to the order and sends the buyer a notice their item is shipping and the tracking number.
If you purchased the label directly from the carrier you will need to add the tracking number into the order manually. Go to your order and in the drop down menu is the option to add tracking. Once added the system will send the buyer the shipping notice.
