Item sent to the wrong address with a QR code from eBay
I sent a package through USPS. I used a eBay QR code to buy the label at the post office. It was sent. I have the receipt. It was delivered to the wrong address. I have the receipt of when it was delivered. My customer would still like the item and I need to know how to get a hold of somebody to fix it.

-You need the address that the QR code printed on the label which I suspect will be on your receipt. Does it match the address on the eBay label flow when you go to print the label? (You can actually use the drop down menu ont he sold item and select Print another label to see what address is supplied without having to purcahse the label, just use the back arrow after you check the address).
-If they match then USPS may have mis-delivered the package and the Buyer can ask them where they delivered it based on the tracking number.
-If they do not match then that is a problem although I have seen different names on accounts for the addressee on labels. This is from shared accounts meaning husband and wife or other family members or perhaps friends.
-The other possibility is that the Buyer tried updating their address after relocation and it did not change within eBay's programming. The "Edit" function on the Address page does NOT change the data beyond what you see on the screen. A new address actually has to be ADDED and then the old one DELETED before the new address becomes the default.
