Item sent to the address I was sent and it turns out the package went to wrong address
How do I get help with an issue regarding an item that I sold and the address label turned out to be a person that didn't pay for item. I got the wrong shipping label some how. Can someone please help me out on this. TY Don

Mentor10 months agoYou need to check whether you put the wrong label on the package or whether the buyer supplied the wrong address.
Have buyer confirm their address.
Look at the Order Details and see what address is there.
Check to see what address printed on the label.
