Item sent to an old address
I’m a seller. I sold an item, purchased the shipping label through eBay, sent the item and it was returned to me as undeliverable. I contacted the buyer and he said that he hasn’t lived at that address for 4 years. He said that he changed his address on eBay years ago and has received numerous orders at the new address for years. He doesn’t know why eBay would give me the old address. Neither of us knows what to do now.

Mentor3 years agoAsk the buyer to go to his Purchase history, locate the order, click on ORDER DETAILS and look at the SHIP TO address that was included with the payment. If that is the wrong address, the buyer needs to repay in order for you to reshp.
