Item seen as not delivered but it was
I’ve sold a couple items on eBay and the buyers leave reviews, but eBay says the item has not been delivered so I’m not getting paid, what is happening?

Mentor1 year agoGo to the Sold & shipped item, click on the tracking number to be taken to the carrier's website. Look for the link to enter your email address to be sent updated tracking information. That should lead the carrier to updating the tracking number to ebay.
