Item says that it's "in 1 cart"
An item that I'm selling says that it's "in 1 cart" and has been showing that for several days now. At what point will the potential buyer either have to pay for the item or remove it from their cart (so that I can revise the listing)?
I don't see any way that I can contact them to see what's going on.

Mentor11 months agoIf an item is in a cart, it does not affect you in any way. Other buyers can still purchase the item or put it on their watch list. 20 people can have the same item in the cart. The only person that will matter is the one that actually checks out and pays for the item.
You should be able to revise the item.
IF you cannot revise the item, it is for another reason. Did you send an offer to a buyer? Did the buyer send you an offer? At item cannot be revised if you have active offers still current on the listing.
