·2 years agoHi @chan-660754 I'm sorry that happened to you, but the seller is not responsible if the tracking shows delivered but your package was stolen or misdelivered. Contact your local post office (or UPS or Fedex) for help with finding your package. Their delivery tracking includes GPS data so they'll be able to tell exactly where and when the package was delivered.
If your package was stolen, contact your local police to report the theft. For future package deliveries, you may need to have your packages held for pickup or open a P.O. box so you can protect yourself from theft.
