Item says delivered but eBay has kept a hold on my payment
 
Hello,
a few days before an item I sold arrived, the buyer had opened a case saying the item wasn’t delivered.
Ebay told me to contact them before the end date with information saying the item has been delivered, but I don’t know how to contact them & I can’t reply to the case. What should I do?
