Item says delivered

Question

The buyer says the item was delivered and so does the mail carrier but the buyer sent me a picture of my label that was on a small pink envelope on kohl’s.com bag and states that they never received their item. My lable obviously was taken off and put on another bag. What do I do, I am not refunding, yet if this is not a scam then how can I gelp the buyer.

If you provided tracking and it shows Delivered in the correct zip code, then tell the buyer to file an Item Not Received dispute, using the More Actions button. It will be denied because of the Delivered scan.

I take it that you did not send the item in a pink Kohls.com bag, so the buyer is trying to scam you. If you print labels through ebay and save the label receipts it should have information that proves what you sent.
