Item says delivered?
My buyer sent me the following message. The way he said it makes me not want to help at all. I'm sure his item will show up but who knows. Please read what he said below and let me know.
I did not receive my order. It says it was delivered. It must’ve been sent to a different address. That’s what I’m assuming that’s sent at some other happened so I need you to replace the order and send it as soon as possible because I need a replacement if you don’t reply to me I will call Final complaint with EBAYand you don’t want me to leave a bad review

Some buyers think threats are the only way to get any attention. The response is to be overly kind ðŸ˜
If the item was sent with usps tracking - not the eBay standard envelope, then the package should have been scanned at delivery - I would not expect it to show up later.
If sent to the zip code on the payment, and tracking shows delivered, eBay will close a not received case in your favor. If he opens a not received claim, enter the tracking # into the claim.
Send the buyer a sympathetic note, gently explaining that they must go to their PO with the tracking # and ask the clerk to look up the delivery. The scanners have gps, so they can see exactly where the package was delivered. If mis-delivered, the carrier should try to retrieve the package.
If correctly delivered and stolen from the buyer's property, it is up to the buyer to file a police report and a home insurance claim, if applicable.
If sent with the standard envelope, then the delivery scan can happen a day or so before actual delivery - you would need to word the message a bit differently, since his po cannot look up the delivery.
