Item saying it hasn't been delivered when it has
Around 3 weeks ago I sent an item off to a buyer and the system still says the item has not been delivered yet but the buyer has said they received it over a week and I cannot find a way to get this issue resolved as I can't get paid without Ebay knowing it has been delivered.
