Item returned to sender vis USPS
Hi- I am a seller. My buyer for an item provided a wrong address in her profile and the item is being returned to me via USPS. My buyer would still like the item. Assuming I get the item back and now have the correct address, how do I manage this thru the ebay platform system so that the buyer gets their item, and I get paid? thanks for any help or tips!

Actually, the Buyer lost their eBay Money Back Guarantee protection when the item was returned to you. You have to wait until you get it back and make sure nothing happened to in transit. Next, you refund the item price to the Buyer but keep the shipping they paid, that money was spent on the round trip shipment.
You then Relist the item and if the Buyer wants it they can buy it again with a correct address.
If you simply try to ship again the Buyer has to pay you outside eBay and the transaction basically goes outside eBay, neither of you will be protected ... not good.
