ITEM returned to SENDER -
hello the tracking number of a recent order shows it never left the seller's country (China).
They shipped it one month back (Dec 6) and it was returned to SENDER after two weeks ... the SELLER has not re-shipped the item and has not replied to my messages.
Do i have to wait until its overdue (they gave a 5 week shipping date, 11 Jan 2023) before i can do anything? even though i can see with the tracking its not being sent.
