Item Returned to Sender – Buyer Wants Reshipment
Hello,
I sold a pair of shoes and shipped them to the buyer. However, the package was returned by USPS due to an incorrect address. I contacted the buyer, and they confirmed they still want the item and provided the same address again.
I’d like to know the best way to proceed. Can I reship the item, and will this affect my seller performance? Should I update tracking, or is there anything else I need to do to stay in good standing?
Please advise on the correct steps for reshipping an item under these circumstances.
Thank you,

If the Buyer is saying their address in the Order Details for this transaction is correct, you could take the package to the post office and have them verify the address is accurate. If it is, USPS should reship it for free.
If USPS tells you the address is not correct, then let the Buyer know that. Then cancel the order for problem with Buyer's address and refund minus original shipping. Then relist for them to buy again once they update their address.
