Item returned to seller, he doesn't want to refund and eBay is not helpful
The seller sent the item via Fedex, they didn't deliver it to me and sent it back to him, he doesn't want to refund the money and showed eBay that he sent it, but I have the proofs that it was never delivered and the return Fedex tracking back to him. eBay is not responding for the appeal either and there is no phone number to call eBay support, and the seller is not responding to messages.
This is a $900 camera..
You cannot trust the buyer protection of eBay!!
Any advices ?
