Item returned to seller as an unclaimed item from post office
Buyer did not pick up package. Was returned 2 months later to me, the seller, as unclaimed. I contacted buyer, who said they neglected to change shipping address in ebay. I should not have to pay shipping to a different address to resend package. Do I refund entire order, have buyer rebuy, or figure the shipping to new address and charge seller?

Mentor4 months agoRefund for the price of item only minus shipping charges.
You can relist the item for the buyer to repurchase or for anyone else to purchase.

OP4 months agoThank you for the reply. This is ultimately what I did as I could find no other solution.
