item returned to me becuase not picked up from post office
I shipped an item to a customer. it arrived to post office and not picked up by buyer.Buyer does not receive mail to her house. I kept tracking and contacted buyer and she said she had been sick and had not gone to post office to pick it up yet. .I did't think much more about it because she already knew it was there. I received the package back to my house after a couple weeks. Returned to sender undeliverable. I was shocked. The buyer contacted me and asked if i had her package and i told her what had happened. She asked if i was gonna refund her. I told her i could reship but she would have to pay for shipping. i was trying to figure out how to reship and her pay for label. Today she said just refund me . what do i do?

Refund the item price, not including shipping if stated as a separate cost.
Use the Send refund option in the dropdown next to the order transaction.
