Item returned - marked VACANT - NO FORWARDING ADDRESS.
Item returned - marked VACANT - NO FORWARDING ADDRESS. Now I am out the shipping cost and potentially any fees that ebay charged for the listing. How do I proceed?

Mentor2 years agoGo to the sold listing, click the down-arrow, click CONTACT BUYER. Let the buyer know the package was returned because the address was vacant. Does s/he still want the item? If so, you will need the new address and to be paid for reshipping, which you can do from Paypal. Buyer sends his/her Paypal email address, and you send an Invoice. When the buyer pays, you print the shipping label using Paypal. If the buyer does not want the item any more, you refund just the item price. ebay will credit back the FVF on the refunded amount.

Ironically, I got a notice from my bank today that ebay had sent me the payment (still no reply from buyer) but I'll follow your directions.
