Item returned from customer not in the same condition as sent
I recently sold a typewriter on ebay as is in need of repair and the purchaser started a return because the typewriter did not work..Ok I can accept that but when I recieved the typewriter back it was covered in mold the I side of the box was moist and also covered in mold the case has a dent and I cannot even open it up.What do I do
