item returned due to incorrect address
The buyer's address in ebay was incomplete. Item was returned to me by the USPS. Who pays for the 2nd shipping costs (assuming he provides a new address)?

Mentor2 years agoThe buyer needs to pay for the 2nd shipping fee. You can invoice through PayPal, as eBay doesn't provide this service.
