Item returned by USPS - buyer has no correct change of address
Buyer purchased and paid for article
article shipped 7/20/2023 to address on record with Ebay.
article was returned by USPS on 9/12/2023 because forwarding address was incorrect or there was no "change of address" left with USPS.
message sent to buyer requesting information re: new address on 9/12/2023 along with picture of box & info from USPS.
no reply from sender at this date & time 9/26/2023.
at what point can I re-sell the article without negative feedback from the buyer?
