How do I invoice a second postage label if the item was returned to me via the PO due to insufficient address?

-The Buyer lost their eBay money Back Guarantee when the package became undeliverable.
-You only have to refund the item price but NOT the original shipping, that money was spent on the round trip shipment of the package.
-You can Relist the item and if the Buyer wants to purchase it after updating their address they can do so.
-You can also add them to your blocked list on this page and be done with them. Buyer management | eBay

·9 months agoThere are a couple of ways you can do this. One, you can invoice the buyer through PayPal for the extra postage. Or, you can cancel the transaction, allowing them to be refunded, and they can repurchase using the correct address. Also, you can create a new listing for the postage cost only.
