Item returned- buyer didn’t pick it up
I sold an item and shipped promptly. It was just returned to sender (me) because buyer didn’t pick it up. How do I proceed? I can’t figure out how to contact a person at eBay. I can’t reship without going negative so not an option. How to proceed.
