Item returned but no refund received

Question

The item did not work so I worked with the seller and they agreed that I should return the item and then a full refund would be given. I returned the item and the seller confirmed receipt but the refund has never been received. I want to contact eBay directly but cannot find a way! Can anyone out there help me? Thank you for your reply. I just agreed it with the seller via messages. I did then try and raise a return request but it wouldn't let me.

Did you open a formal return request on eBay, or did you just work out an agreement with the seller via messages? The next steps will depend on that answer.
