Item returned as insufficient address
I shipped an item on time with eBay purchased label. The post office attempted to deliver two days in a row then It was returned to me as insufficient address. Buyer informed me they forgot to add the apartment number to the address when purchasing. The buyer is new and very anxious to get their item! The buyer would like me to re ship with the corrected address. How do I properly accomplish this? I have 100% feedback and shipping no returns no defects. I don't care if i lose money on this item i just don't want to do anything that will cause me bad feedback or a defect. Help!
