Item returned after trapped at customs for weeks
I bought an item from the UK, and it was shipped to Spain. It spent weeks in customs while the delivery was being resolved. They asked me to provide documents, and I did everything as told. Only now I have been notified that they shipment is not going to be completed, and it is being sent back to the UK. I am gutted, since I won't get the item. I have tried to aske for a refund, but it has been more than 30 days since the estimated delivery date, so I can't. Delivery was expected in 12th July, but then it was in Madrid for weeks, and resolved only now in September. What can I do?? Thanks. x
