Item returned afetr the authentification process was not returned in ordignal manner it was sent
I sent my Latte Lady Dior in for the authentication process following someone purchasing the bag. After the authentication process in which it was authenticated, my bag was not returned back to me in the manner it was shipped. I had the original tissue paper I had purchased with the bag. My hardward was wrapped when I sent it and the bag was stuffed with tissue paper as well so as to maintain its shape. I recieved my bag back with out the tissue paper. No hardware wrapper and it looks like it was handled wothout gloves. I am so disgusted with the manner in which Ebay has handled this entire process with my bag. You need to return items the way they get sent to you. Thank goodness I didn't try to sell a Birkin on here.

Mentor1 year agoWhy wasn't the bag sent onto the buyer? Did it not pass authentication, and the buyer was refunded? When an item fails to pass authentication, it was my belief that everything would be returned as you sent it. I do not know who you would report this to.

OP1 year agoGreat question why ir wasn;t sent to the buyer. I had a no return policy but discussed with the buyer that if she wasn't happy wth it she could return it. I let eby know that and the buyer did also. It defintilety passed the authentifiction process and then it just sat there saying they were waiting to hear from the buyer. SHe had connected with them and verified we had spoken as well. Then I recieve an email saying my bag is being retuned to me because they had not heard from the buyer. The entire process was really dissappointing. What is the biggest dissappointment is the way my bag came back to me. It should n=have been in it's original form- Bubble wrapped with the original tiddue paper that came inside the bag along with the hardwared wrapped in the little pouchet. It came back with no tisse paper and just in bubble wrap and the dust bag looked dirty nd the bag looked like it was handled without gloves. Just a really big dissapointment on all ends.
