Item returned addressee unknown

First time I have had a package returned due to post office saying the addressee not known, unable to forward. What is the best way to deal with this?

Go to

Seller Hub > Orders > Paid & Shipped

Locate the order, click Cancel order. You can refund just the item price. Let the buyer know that item was returned Addressee Unknown. If buyer still wants the item, you will relist for them to purchase, but they need to update their SHIP TO address.
