Item Returned
I shipped an item to the provided address, the day the item was to arive the buyer said they gave me the wrong address, the Iten was returned to me. what do I do now?

When the item arrives back to you, you can refund the buyer for the item price (not including shipping if stated as a separate cost). Let the buyer know what happened, relist the item, and provide the buyer with the new item # if he would like to repurchase it and have it shipped to the correct address.
Advise the buyer to update his address at checkout before completing payment.
