I am a seller. Item returned to me for incomplete address. Trying to cancel order but no option for "Problem with address". Don't want to take the hit for canceling. What can I do?

'Problem with address' should be one of the 3 reasons you see when you attempt to cancel a transaction. What is it you see when you try to cancel?
