Mentor1 year ago@sassyfras27 You can message the buyer and see if they want to pay to ship the item again.
If they do then they can send the money to you using PayPal or other electronic payment method. This is not considered an offsite sale since the transaction already took place.
If they do not respond just go to the drop down menu next to the item and select send refund > reason other.
Refund the item price ONLY.
You may wish to also add the buyer to your blocked buyer list, let me know if you need a link on how to do this. Links aren't as easy to share when you're on a cell phone.
