Item return too large for USPS Ebay specified carrier
I received my item via UPS. When I began the return through EBay EBay sent me a QR Code and specified I must use USPS and they would automatically charge me $35. The problem is when I went to the Post Office with the package and QR Code, I was told that it was too large for the Post Office to carry. So now I'm trying to notify EBay, which I can't seem to do, and I don't know if I should just go to UPS or continue to try to figure out how to contact EBay.
