Item return to sender.
Has anyone as a seller had an item returned to sender and well, first of all you don’t accept returns, second of all the item is in great condition…. And the item returned and either opened and normal or opened and different or damaged…….or opened and shipped back empty? What do you do etc.?

Was the postal service not able to deliver the item and it came back to you?
OR did the buyer file an official return request? A no return policy does not mean no refunds.
Your return policy only applies if the buyer selects a remorse reason such as doesn't fit, changed mind, etc.
The eBay MBG overrules your return policy if the buyer SAYS the item is somehow not as described.
