Item return request will not accept required photo to activate.
Item return request form (now requiring a photo to be inserted) will not accept the images, even from my picture file drag and drop of any kind. Now unable to resolve anything. Also seems to be impossible to contact Ebay on the matter. Any suggestions? Thank you.
