Item return problems
I've repeatedly asked eBay for help with my return for refund on a product I purchased nearly one year ago. Their "Help Assistant" is NO HELP AT ALL.

OP2 years agoSo you're saying that after I tried several times, unsuccessfully, for nearly a year to get a refund for an item that was not what I paid for from the seller, I now have to simply accept it?
