item return i am having trouble with
the seller sent a return shipping label to me. i took the item to USPS to have it shipped back to
the seller. the post office refused to take the item back for 2 reasons. 1 the label was created by the seller
for an item that according to the label weighs 2 ounces. the item weighs 83 pounds. number 2 my local post office will not accept items that large. i need help getting this refunded. i think the seller is giving me the run around. please help
