item return Hold funs
I had an item that was set to be returned, Ebay put my return money on hold and after all the item was retuned after several back and forth with the customer. The item was returned and the funds were withdrawn from my business account. My question is when the returned process started they put the funds on hold at the beginning, why was it withdrawn at the end once I received the returned item.
