Item Return and No Refund
I bought this item for a total cost of $848.00. When I received the item, It was not genuine. I initiated a return and since the seller is in India, she could not issue an ebay return label. She gave me the address and I sent the item back before the deadline. I mailed using the address given via USPS. I had and emergency and i had go back home to Malaysia. When saw the return status, I saw it is closed saying I did not mail it on time. I appealed it and it still shows as I did not mail it on time. When I appeal I was not able to give the tracking number since I was in Malaysia. I tried calling all the number and when comes to email, it takes me to the items bought but this particular item does not show. How can I get back my money? Need Help.

Mentor3 years agoWhen you shipped the item back using USPS, did you enter the tracking number into the return request and have the clerk at the post office scan the label?
