item return after 30 days but item not as described

Question

i purchased a 48v poeruni lithium battery. Description says 50ah but battery use not lasting long on my golf cart and when I researched it, these batteries do not have a full 50ah like described. It has been past the 30 days return and I have been in contact with seller since day one of having trouble with battery as when I received the battery, it was at 2v and not charged. Now the seller will not respond to my messages. Is there anything I can do?

@jsromero337 Once you are beyond the eBay guarantee or seller's return window you will need to go to your funding source to see if they offer protection for a longer period.
