Item return
While filling out the item return document, it says that a picture is required. I took a photo and downloaded it from my library, the picture appears on the document however, the continue button does not highlight? Everything else on the form has been filled in, but I cannot continue.

Mentor4 months agoMake sure that you are also including at least two lines of text describing the issue, and that you are not including any special characters at all in your message -- just text with a "newline" separating the two lines.
