Item return
The item cannot be returned because I am located in Georgia, where USPS service is not available. The return label provided by eBay is USPS, which cannot be used in my country.
Additionally, why should I be obligated to return an item when doing so involves significant difficulties and high shipping costs? I purchased the item based on a detailed description, but it turned out to be not in working condition. In this situation, who is responsible for protecting my rights as a buyer?
Sincerely,
Davit.

·9 months agoIt sounds like you had the item shipped to an address in the USA of a forwarding service, and they shipped it on to you in Georgia; is this correct? If so, the seller is only responsible for the return shipping from the forwarding service to their address. It’s your responsibility to pay shipping back to their forwarding service address, even in item not as described cases.
