Hi,
Is there a way to actually reach eBay? I sold a trading card on here and it never showed up. I reported it to the Post Office who told me the drop box I had used had been vandalized and not to expect the package to be found. I refunded the buyer and set about waiting for the Post Office to send me my insurance money. This was in March. I guess they found it because the package was marked delivered today. I contacted the buyer and haven't heard back. Am I totally stuck and at the mercy of the buyer now?
Thanks,
Sno

Mentor4 months ago@snobored-16 You should have filed a PIP insurance claim when the post office said it was lost. Now that the tracking shows delivery you can't file the claim.
For future reference here's how to file a claim>

You can try contacting customer service to see if you qualify for seller protection, I am not sure if it extends to eBay Standard Envelope since it does have insurance that you failed to use.
If you ship on time and refund the buyer when they ask through a INR refund request then you do qualify for Seller Protection if the item finally arrives IF you use an eBay shipping label. See this notice>
