Item removed for policy violation
Hello, good afternoon. I’m dealing with a situation: I purchased an item, but it hasn't arrived yet. When I checked the listing, it indicated that the item had been removed due to policy violations. I have already tried contacting the seller, but they are not responding. I also submitted a cancellation request; however—even though the three-day waiting period has passed—my request was denied. They are telling me that I have to wait until May 30th, but given the entire situation—the seller’s lack of response, the fact that the item was removed, and the requirement that I wait until May 30th—I don't want to wait until May 30th. For my money

Here is what eBay says about removed listings:
"What happens if I bought something from a seller who's been removed from eBay?
If you haven't paid for the item, you won't need to. The item should've been removed from your purchase history. We encourage you to look for a similar item from a different seller.
If you already paid for the item, please follow these steps:
If you receive your item, but want to return it, you can request a refund."
