Item removed as counterfeit and item is NOT counterfeit. Suggestions on how to resolve please....
I was selling Lumify eyes drops. I have sold them on eBay previously. I just had my listing removed as counterfeit. I am not sure how they determined it is counterfeit. It was received from an U.S. established drug store as an freebie 'allowance' through my insurance provider. It is the same item I can purchase as a walk in customer at this drug store. Why is it being tagged as counterfeit and how can I get the listing back up?

Mentor2 years agoCurrently there are at least three fake versions of Lumify on the market that are recalled due to damaging consumers eyes. Someone may have reported your listing or a counterfeit bot removed it. The key take away is to not relist it on eBay or you could risk your account.

OP2 years agoThank you for the response. I am just really upset that an authentic product can't be sold because AI may have flagged it as counterfeit. 🙄
