Item removed

I was recently contacted by ebay regarding CE Document Audit. I provided documents from my supplier for the item concerned. I have now been told by ebay that that item has now been removed for none compliance.

Does anyone know please what is the appeal process is as it is virtually impossible to contact eBay.

For contacting eBay: wait 2 hours. Ebay is closed now.

Then, find a relevant help page here: https://www.ebay.com/help/home

Scroll to the bottom of the help page.

Click on "Contact us"

Add â€˜agent' in the chat box that popped up.

Answer questions if showing up.

Find the agent, maybe under "More actions".

Make a choice for a chat or a call to you.
