Item Refunded to Buyer - Item Delivered
I sold a piece of equipment to someone in China. Shipping was delayed due to customs. The buyer contacted me asking for updates which I let them know tracking details were listed on listing. He opened a case with eBay about not receiving item and eBay refunded buyer. The item was delivered to buyer the next day and the case was closed with eBay. They have not responded to my appeal in 48 hrs. It’s been 1 week.
