Item refunded by eBay finally received
Ordered item 9/17, delivery expected 4 to 7 days but still not received by 9/29 so requested seller refund as still saw no tracking information. eBay intervened and issued refund, today the item arrived but have already replaced with another product so not needed. Now what?

Mentor2 days agoYou will need to ask the seller what they want to do. If eBay had to force a refund from the seller then they are not eligible for an automatic refund by eBay paid for by eBay. If you just opened an "Item not received" case and the seller voluntarily refunded your money then once tracking shows delivery eBay will send a refund to the seller.
